Went there to purchase three scooters for my three young kids. The guys were fantastic. Spent the time assessing skill levels, needs etc. Put the scooters together for the kids and ensured they were just right for them. Even gave the kids a couple pointers and tips. Great team and clearly passionate about what they do.

I wish we could clone the young men working in the Malvern East store. They were absolutely brilliant. The explained everything we needed to know and what we did and did not need to upgrade an old scooter we had found dumped in a reserve. Being concious of spending money unnecessarily the young man who served us convinced my son on what the best outcome would be to bring his scooter up to date. He even helped us source some spray paint so we could brighten up the board and stem. Will defintely go back when we get to the point of buying any new gear. Thanks heaps.

They keep me coming back. We have purchased all our scooter needs from the Boys in the shop. My son started riding 12months ago and they have gone above and beyond in explaining what he needs to progress. Multiple times my son has come to buy things and they have taken the time to explain what he has picked out and tell him if it's the best choice for his current riding skills. They have sat down with him and showed him step by step everything they have done to his scooter. Really has been an amazing shop and the boys really now there stuff. Highly recommended

Amazing team and the customer service was brilliant all the staff are super knowledgeable and gave great advice for a first time buyer like myself, couldn’t fault the them. It was a shame to see anti Vaxers abusing the store staff on my visit when the government and shop clearly state consumer rules?! The staff are clearly trying to just do their job anyway, I have to say these guys are highly recommended for before and after sales care, also big thanks to the manager for your assistance and really making the whole process breeze
