Dont go anywhere else for an electric device, certainly not to a place that stocks fridges, washing machines and TVs then thinks they know about electric scooters........

Great service and great advice from the team there. They're happy to give demonstrations on how scooters are put together and the best methods on doing so. They go above and beyond if you need something specific done. There was a situation where a staff member accidentally broke a clamp off my scooter but he acknowledged the mistake and replaced it and was able to still fix an issue I had. Great place to go to for the kids to buy quality scooters and parts, as well as learning important skills on maintaining a scooter independently.

Went there to purchase three scooters for my three young kids. The guys were fantastic. Spent the time assessing skill levels, needs etc. Put the scooters together for the kids and ensured they were just right for them. Even gave the kids a couple pointers and tips. I wish we could clone the young men working in the Malvern East store. They were absolutely brilliant. The explained everything we needed to know and what we did and did not need to upgrade an old scooter we had found dumped in a reserve. Being concious of spending money unnecessarily the young man who served us convinced my son on what the best outcome would be to bring his scooter up to date. He even helped us source some spray paint so we could brighten up the board and stem. Will defintely go back when we get to the point of buying any new gear. Thanks heaps.
