Really good sales and after sales technical service from the staff at Balcatta and Cannington ScooterHut, backed up well when required with online chat from HO in Qld with excellent sales ordering online. Dont go anywhere else for an electric device, certainly not to a place that stocks fridges, washing machines and TVs then thinks they know about electric scooters........

Great service and great advice from the team there. They're happy to give demonstrations on how scooters are put together and the best methods on doing so. They go above and beyond if you need something specific done. There was a situation where a staff member accidentally broke a clamp off my scooter but he acknowledged the mistake and replaced it and was able to still fix an issue I had. Great place to go to for the kids to buy quality scooters and parts, as well as learning important skills on maintaining a scooter independently.
