We had a great experience with scooter hut. The scooter we were after wasn't available online but they let us put it on hold due to covid restrictions when the restrictions worsened we were able to pay over the phone and add shipping. The scooter arrived quickly and well packaged and we have one happy boy.

Anyone out there looking for a scooter, definitely check out Scooter Hut in the City / Valley. Not only do these guys know there sh1t, they are totally passionate / enthusiastic and will set you up with exactly what you need. I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted, and ended up with exactly what I needed. And a great price to boot.
Sarah answered all my (dumb) questions, steered me to the best solution and Jeremy also jumped in when he saw I was nervous pulling out the money. They didn't oversell or undersell me, they perfectly gave me the scooter that I needed.

My personal experience with Scooter Hut after ordering online had been less than positive, however I was contacted by Daniel from ScooterHut in Melbourne after leaving a review and he has gone to great lengths to make the situation right. I'm leaving a 5 Star review instead of my original 2 stars purely because of how far Scooter Hut Melbourne have gone to rectify the issues I originally had.
