Anyone out there looking for a scooter, definitely check out Scooter Hut in the City / Valley. Not only do these guys know there sh1t, they are totally passionate / enthusiastic and will set you up with exactly what you need. I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted, and ended up with exactly what I needed. And a great price to boot.
Sarah answered all my (dumb) questions, steered me to the best solution and Jeremy also jumped in when he saw I was nervous pulling out the money. They didn't oversell or undersell me, they perfectly gave me the scooter that I needed.

My personal experience with Scooter Hut after ordering online had been less than positive, however I was contacted by Daniel from ScooterHut in Melbourne after leaving a review and he has gone to great lengths to make the situation right. I'm leaving a 5 Star review instead of my original 2 stars purely because of how far Scooter Hut Melbourne have gone to rectify the issues I originally had. I purchased my very first electric scooter the E-Glide G120 and I really recommend it. It's very affordable and not too heavy to carry it runs smooth and fantastic.

I rang the shop if it's possible to pick up my item earlier cause I was just in the area and she's organised it immediately and within just a minute got a notification that it's ready for pick up
She's really welcoming and very helpful, she explain everything I need to know with my scooter as it's my first time owning one.

UPDATE 4th August: The team have gone above and beyond to quickly address the issue outlined below. You can really tell that the management care about customers. I would recommend Scooter Hut and the i-Glide Nitron scooter very highly.
Purchase the i-Glide Nitron Big Wheel Neo Chrome Scooter. Box came without assembly instructions. Also one of the rear brake pads had broken off the break caliper. I asked the store for some sort of compensation for the issues and was offered stickers or free assembly. Given the place is 1.5 hour drive their and back the offer was worthless. I would recommend going somewhere else if you can as the guys are not that interest in customer service and loyalty.
