Originally this was quite a negative review, however immediately after posting I was contacted and the entire issue was sorted out quickly, professionally and courteously. I am really happy with how this situation was remedied. I think I perhaps had a one off bad experience and the in store then follow up customer service is more what to expect.

In store service (Perth Store) was excellent, but buying online is absolutely dreadful. Its been over a month and still not received my order. The replies from ScooterHut are not helpful, they appear to have no interest in any form of customer service. Such a shame as the store in Perth was excellent - but they explained the online business is essentially separate - my advice is go to a store if you can otherwise order online from someone else. Dreadful

It was a great experience, service was great. The staff comes to you right away asking if you need help. They arent too pushy looking for a sale and are always patient with the customer. Really awesome assortment of scooters and they work with haste.

Best place if you want a proper scooter. We have tried the cheap stuff from other stores and they just don't compare to what a proper scooter shop like this have to offer. The kids had a great time scooting around the shop, testing and trialling which one they wanted. The staff are friendly and informative.

Didn’t try and sell me the most expensive one. Recommended a scooter based on my needs not price. Highly recommended.

Well done guys retail world is hard to compete against the internet. But You will not get any service let a lone the 5 star service you get at Scooter Hut.

Excellent store with great range of scooter decks and parts, we have bought two scooter from here and numerous other parts.. staff are always very attentive and have excellent knowledge of scooters.. fantastic little store just wish there was one north of the river...as is quite a drive from Joondalup.. reasonable prices and overall good service allround..

We called in today with a Micro scooter that had an issue with the bearings. I was expecting to have to drop the scooter off and getting a quote to fix, however the guys served me straight away, greased the bearings and got it working great. When I pulled out my wallet to pay they said don’t worry about it, it’s on the house. Old school servicing. Amazing!!!

I recently purchased a scooter from Scooter Hut as well as had some servicing done on another for my children. We were helped out by Zeidon on each occasion who was brilliant and explained the differences between a number of scooters to allow us to make the right choice. We tend to ask for Zeidon now when we go to the store as nothing is ever too much trouble. He even made the effort to say hi to my son at the skate park which was a pretty big deal for him as he is only 5.
