Originally this was quite a negative review, however immediately after posting I was contacted and the entire issue was sorted out quickly, professionally and courteously. I am really happy with how this situation was remedied. I think I perhaps had a one off bad experience and the in store then follow up customer service is more what to expect.

In store service (Perth Store) was excellent, but buying online is absolutely dreadful. Its been over a month and still not received my order. The replies from ScooterHut are not helpful, they appear to have no interest in any form of customer service. Such a shame as the store in Perth was excellent - but they explained the online business is essentially separate - my advice is go to a store if you can otherwise order online from someone else. Dreadful
