Visited this store today to look at eScooters for my daughter and myself (both mature adults!). Michael was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and had no attitude about me, at 60, wanting to ride an eScooter. We bought 2 after trying a couple of different models in the back street. Wonderful experience and we'll be back for more accessories and any servicing we need. This is how retailers should service their customers - efficiently, politely and with a wealth of knowledge under their belts! Great job and highly recommended.
