I bought last year a BMW 328i from the Boundary pre-owned. Bo Zhang from AllWest was on site and in 10 minutes he completed the one year insurance for the car. Yesterday, I did the renewal, again assisted by him. At both instances, he was professional, accurate and polite. He explained everything I needed to know with patience and clarity.
