But Venkatesh helped me to understand every concept of auto insurance and what exactly i need to cover my car. No other insurance company gave me this good of an explanation. AllWest is one of the best companies I've dealt with. They are one of the very few companies that still know what customer service is. They call before your insurance expires as a courtesy reminder, and they do at home drops for your insurance renewal - what more could you ask for! This year I waited last minute to renew (oops) and they were SO helpful over the telephone and immediately sent someone to my work office to sign the renewal papers. I would highly recommend.

Hello insurance consumers in Vancouver West!
I don't usually write internet reviews, but the insurance agent at Allwest was so fast, personable and professional, that I can't "NOT" take the time to leave a postive review.
Allwest has always been a decent company to deal with for my insurance needs over the past 16 years in Vancouver.
Initially, Jennifer Thompson and others were always helpful, above and beyond, as well as fast!
Recently, I was in the office on Burrard Street to reinsure my 2017 Toyota Sienna, and I was dealing with Mr. Pahul Singh at the front desk.
I have to give praise where praise is earned!
This guy is fast, personable and looks for the solution at lightning speed.
No problems at all.
Pahul seems to look for the solution immediately and spends zero time talking about why it can't be done, as other companies do.
In short, Pahul is a "YES" person, in a sea of the typical normal "No" people.
Allwest is a high quality company that obviously hires the highest quality people.
I thank Allwest again for being the absolute best insurance company in Vancouver.
