From start to finish, their team, led by Jake and his apprentice, demonstrated the utmost professionalism and manners.
The installation process was seamless and efficient. Jake and his apprentice worked diligently, ensuring that every aspect of the installation was handled with precision and care. They showed great expertise in their field, and it was evident that they had extensive knowledge about air conditioning systems.
Not only did they install the new air conditioner flawlessly, but they also took the time to explain the functions and features of the equipment. Jake and his apprentice patiently answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident in operating the system. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly remarkable.

My old aircon wasn't cooling. I booked a Total Air visit online. They phoned a couple of hours later saying they had a serviceman in my area and he could come straight over. He was here in 10 minutes and had evaluated my aircon within another 10 minutes. Because my aircon uses R22 refrigerant which has been restricted due to greenhouse issues, they could do nothing. They were very reasonable about the charge for the visit. I couldn't be more satisfied with their professional approach.

From the start Richard and his team were very professional. Our new unit was installed within a week & we are very pleased with the unit itself, the workmanship & the knowledge & friendliness of the installers. Our existing unit was serviced & later developed a fault unrelated to the service. Richard attended our place at his earliest opportunity & diagnosed the problem.
