Richard was the Total Air & Electrical technician who inspected & repaired my ducted Air Con unit.
He was very friendly, thorough, obliging with his time & helpful. He showed me the problem causing the stoppage of my unit, explained how it happened & explained what the repairs entailed which he was able to do on the spot.
He was able to advise me of future repairs that could be considered to improve the efficiency of my AC but did not force those ideas on to me.
The price for inspection & repairs & cleaning was very reasonable & I will definitely use TA&E services again & definitely recommend them to my friends and others.
