Total Air installed a 3.5 kW Mitsubishi split system aircon in my flat, and it works very well. The outside unit is really quiet. Total Air installed the inside unit over the couch which also means the fan/aircon can blow air downwards for direct skin contact. I went through Bunnings for the system, and Total Air also carried out a Bunnings $90 measurement and quote prior to the instalation, which was far better than sending photos of the flat, questions etc over the internet to another installer. Installation took exactly as long as Total Air indicated, 4 hours and the technicians obviously enjoyed their work. Thanks and all the best for the New Year!

The team at Total Air Conditioning are brilliant! Friendly, responsive and I spoke to four members of the team all of whom were incredibly helpful. They replaced my two old air con units, including clean up and disposal. They kept me up to date from the moment I first contacted and were not phased at all when I thought there was going to be an electrician on-site at my block of flats that day. The crew got here early and on-time and I felt totally comfortable leaving them to it while i went to work and came home to a great result. I could not recommend more highly considering the delays in trade work and often poor communication from other trade services I've accessed in Perth metro. They did an on-site quote and booked a date within two weeks of me paying deposit. These guys are THE BOMB.

We engaged Total Air Conditioning to service our Evap and to install an aircon unit in our nursery. They were very fast in providing us with a first quote and to updated it with new requests. From quote to installation it took about a week. Installation guys were on time and even managed to find time to clean our aircon in the main bedroom (last minute request). We just moved in to a new house so they were very helpful in checking all our heating/cooling units and providing us with feedback in the condition of the units we have.
Will for sure engage their services in the future and I highly recommend this company.
