Great tasting food. Service was a bit slow but it may just be growing pains. Would go again for sure.

I went tonight and was knocked off my chair by the Thai grapefruit martini and Thai curry. Wowza! Do yourself a favor and go try this or anything else on their amazing menu. Also this was a Tuesday around 7 and it was getting busy so I went with the tall table bar seating which is full service. The space is large and modern though arranged to feel comfortable and inviting. No complaints and I plan to hurry back!

The decor is sleek, modern and bright, to match it's urban surrounding perfectly suited for the shiny and new Seaholm District. Our cheerful server, Sarah, provided excellent service throughout our meal. The food is the star of the show! What We Tried: - Grilled Avocado - it was artfully pleasing on the plate and it tasted great, just wish it was at least half of an avocado considering the $9 price. - Heirloom Tomatoes - if you like tomatoes this plate is for you, with one of each color (Although not a lot of "wow" factor) - Kale Guacamole - this was our favorite starter plate and was a crowd pleaser! The pink grapefruit slices and cotija cheese make it amazing. - Edamame Dumplings - it may not be what you expect as the edamame is a tasty paste stuffed inside the dumplings, but it is definitely tasty! - Chilled Farmer's Market Crudites - gorgeous vegetables arranged beautifully in a bowl. If for one or two people you can order the half size. - Ricotta Tortelloni with lemon ricotta - Seasonal, so get it while you can, because it is delicious! - Grass Fed Burger - a quality burger on a delicious flax seed bun. The umami sauce mixed with the parmesan is ridiculously good (I skipped the mayo). - The Thai Grapefruit Martini - the Bomb Diggity! Simple, refreshing, delicious.

I've been to true food in a lot of different cities but this one is by far my favorite. Delicious food that's good for you and the service is exceptional. Especially April at the bar, she's doing a great job.

Beautiful, open restaurant! I love that you can see the kitchen from any seat in the restaurant. We tried the edamame dumplings. That weren’t too great to look at but they sure were tasty! We also tried the butternut squash soup. Which I loved. So delicious and perfect for a cold day. We were a little disappointed that they didn’t have the glass noodles. I can’t believe they ran out at 1PM on a Monday but I guess that’s just proof of how good it is! We had pesto pasta and a ranch chicken wrap. Both very very delicious. Our only complaint was that the food was not hot, at all. Not sure if it was the lunch rush or how they choose to serve the food but the dumplings and the soup would have definitely been more delicious if they were warmer in temperature

The food and service was pretty excellent, but the decor and overall atmosphere was confusingly basic and nothing of intrigue.

This is a great restaurant for someone looking for healthier, fresher options. I had the lasagna and it was pretty good. A couple of members of my party had the margherita pizza, and it was bland unfortunately. The best thing though was the hummus we had as an appetizer. Highly recommended.

I really loved the vibe here, and our server was excellent. I wasn't super impressed with the food, but I did appreciate the plant based options since I'm vegan. I loved the Matcha Horchata. Overall I would go back.

Good flavors and great location, we love this when we're looking for something different. Portions aren't huge and it's a little more expensive.

Went to True Foods for the first time looking for a healthy meal but we had no idea it would be so delicious! Our server Maegan had great suggestions and helped to make this a successful meal!
