My second time at True Food for a lunch meeting. The Ancient Grains bowl is fabulous, with loads of fresh flavor. Shout out to our wait staff, Brittney, who is just the right amount of attentiveness and knowing when to let us talk. She gave us excellent advice and service.

TFK is a nice and convenient place for lunch or happy hour. The food and service were both great. The burger is especially tasty here and there’s plenty of outdoor seating too.

I had a Poké bowl. Boy oh boy they have a lot of flavor. Let’s face it, you can get Poké bowls anywhere. But it was absolutely delicious. Somehow all the spices in flavor came together in an amazing way. Hats off to you guys.

I really like the true food kitchen and all that it stands for. They have a great selection of food that runs from vegan to vegetarian to also including meat. They have very fresh and healthy food in general. It's a lovely atmosphere for down at the Seahlom district and a great place for a group of people to go .
They have a lot of seating and it's a large space inside and out which lends itself to rarely being full or having a wait. One other thing that I really can say about this is I love the fact that I can eat healthy and not sacrifice flavor or enjoyment of my food here .
Another thing that is really lovely is the appetizers. They have a great selection and they come out quickly in my experience. The servers here are also very friendly and seem to care about what they're doing. That's always a good thing in my book too. I know this will sound funny, but they also have very nice bathroom facilities and I found myself taking some pictures of the bathroom design just because it was one of the better restaurant bathrooms I've seen in a long time. Don't judge, it's what makes me a good Google reviewer! Anyway I'll put this into a highly recommend mode and suggest that you get here if you haven't already discovered true food kitchen.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at True Food Kitchen, and my experience there went far beyond what I ever could have expected. I accidentally left my phone behind while rushing to catch a flight. I reached out to the restaurant manager Frank, who quickly took the initiative to send my phone via FedEx for an overnight return! They could have easily ignored my phone, but instead, they chose to do the right thing. I am deeply impressed by their commitment to their customers and their values. Thank you so much!

Truly the most fun I’ve ever had at a restaurant! Our server, Maegan, was awesome. My table and I were feeling adventurous and asked Maegan to surprise us with the appetizer, entrees and desserts! She nailed all three courses!! Our two appetizers balanced each other perfectly, she asked great questions to serve each of us something we would like, and you just can’t go wrong with true food desserts. If you go to Seaholm True Food, ask to sit at one of Maegan’s tables, ask for surprises, and I promise you’ll leave with a smile on your face!
