Thank you Nicolock. Over ten years ago we had Nicolock pavers installed at my home in Bellmore, NY. Over the last few years the bullnose pavers started wearing out significantly. We contacted Nicolock and told them about the situation at hand. Nicolock (with Jessica's assistance), sent someone to our home to see the worn pavers. The gentleman that looked at our pavers agreed that they have been wearing more so than the company would expect. That is when Nicolock showed its incredible level of customer service and willingness to stand behind its products. Even though the bullnose pavers were installed over ten years ago, Nicolock offered to replace all of the bullnose pavers.....at no cost. All we were asked to do was pay for the installation. Potential customers need to know the quality of this company is unmatched in the industry. The front of our home looks great as Nicolock's customer service team (including Jessica), stood behind its product and even exceeded our customer service expectations. And, with a company that stands behind its products and customers like you do, I am glad to recommend you to anyone I know. Already, my son has bought Nicolock products for his new home. Anthony at the Lindenhurst Design Showroom was amazing. He was so knowledgeable about the products and names and sizes - all the confusing things to us as customers. He was so pleasant, offing large catalog pics and stone samples. We actually walked away knowing that our patio will look fantastic in Nicolock Sone.you are luck to have him.

Just a couple of weeks ago, I noticed that a good amount of my Niclock pavers were pitting and were crumbling in other parts. I followed the steps on the Nicolock website regarding a warranty claim. I was put in touch with a territory manager Alex Freitas. We spoke on the phone and he was very attentive to my concerns. He really took the time to make us feel that we were at the top of the list. He arrived a couple of days later and looked at our patio. Well, I can say that we are in the process of having the damaged areas repaired. Alex Freitas was very knowledgeable and quite frankly very easy to deal with. It’s a shame that we have issues with our Nicolock brand Pavers, but it’s comforting, knowing that the company stands behind their warranty. Alex Freitas is an excellent representative of this company and I would definitely recommend him to anyone that asked .

Got a load coming out of here and was throughly impressed. The check in process was fast and efficient. The lady in shipping was a sweetheart. Truck entrance was clearly marked. Our forklift driver was top notch he communicated well with us and actually took the time to ask us how we wanted our trailer loaded. As truck drivers that is so appreciated!!!

i went to this location with families and i rang the bell and some girl came out after 25 minutes to tell us that there not open to the public. yes i am aware that i have to go thru a dealer which i have already picked a dealer but i need some help regarding the type of pavers i was interested in there showroom and she said sorry we cant help you. ok bye i said. at least give us some small information that we reguested. i totally understand that i have to go thru a dealer but most dealers only have 1 to 2 displays in there showroom which is not helpful at all. the display they have here is absolutely gorgeous.

A great place with beautiful pavers & wall stone selection. Great office guys and easy loading area that's clean. Expect to wait a little to get loaded in their busy season spring to fall.

I ordered Nicolock pavers for my patio project and during the project found there were some broken pavers in the pallet, I reached out my supplier and they contacted Nicolock on my behalf, later mentioning that Nicolock would reach out to me for replacement and the next day I got call from Nicolock team and they provided full support to get the broken pieces replaced. The replacement pavers were delivered to my home. Thanks Nicolock team.

Would like to share a great experience I had with your company.I just finished my project that included Nicolock Alta Wall blocks for my retaining walls, caps to match, Thermal finish Bluestone pavers for my backyard with Thermal caps for an adjacent stucco wall, front walkway and outdoor shower. But before I committed to purchase these wonderful products, I was put in touch with the Nicolock Rep Kurt Smith who actually came out to my property to go over my project, give suggestions and confirm that the Mason I was thinking of using was an excellent choice and worth waiting for his availability. Kurt educated me on the products and even coordinated with my Mason, who does that these days? He sent the Nicolock trailer over with samples. Not only did Kurt check in with me during the project via phone and in person but helped me out when I had some damaged product as well as help me when I was 1 piece short. I have to get a 6ft retainer wall built and there only a handful of manufacturers who create engineered retaining wall blocks for that size wall. Nicolock was one of them. I emailed Nicolock and two of their competitors and asked two simple questions: 1) which brick style/color would you recommend that would closely resemble our house "brick" and 2) could you quote me per square foot. Jessica from Nicolock returned my email within 24 hours, with a small list of examples, why they matched my current exterior, what color we should go with and a link to find the closest retailer. Simple, to the point, extremely helpful.Here is what I got from the other two:Vendor 1 - "Here's a link to find a local retailer" - no help on product, just a linkVendor 2 - zero responseTHEN I spoke to the local retailer and they were just as great to work with!
