I am extremely happy with the design and products used for my backyard project utilizing Nicolock Paving Stones. My contractor was awesome. He listened and also provided guidance to design options. The entire crew was very professional. I am also thankful to the team sent to my house to take pictures for posting on their social media. The team was very professional and friendly.

Great experience with Nicolock. Needed replacement stones for a pool patio and had difficulty finding in local area. I emailed Nicolock and was immediately provided a response. From there, Eric contacted me and located the pavers I needed. He was responsive, detailed and made sure I was getting the right product. Less than a week later, they were delivered to my house. The overall experience was great and they stand behind their warranty. This is an example of a company who cares about their customers and understands the importance of communication. I would buy their product again without reservations. Great company and awesome staff. Eric and the team answering emails exceeded my expectations.

BIG THUMBS UP TO NICOLOCK!! We have been doing all of our exterior home projects (Driveway, Patio & Retaining wall) with them and they are by far the BEST in the field!! As a masonry contracting company I absolutely love Nicolock’s product! Such amazing quality and the color options are unbelievable. Clients are always impressed with the updated color choices from 2020 and once their home projects are complete they are blown away! One thing I have to really acknowledge is one of the reps of Long Island, Anthony Cruz. He really deserves the recognition. Through out my journey in this business he has always been there for me for any question I have but also took so much time to explain and teach me all about Nicolock. He sat with me for almost 3 hours to discuss every paver and almost 3 hours showing me Nicolocks outdoor showroom. His attention to detail is so impressive and his dedication and love for what he does shows and is why I feel so comfortable to text or call him with any question I had because he is so knowledgeable and friendly.

Make sure that you use the truck route... off sunrise hwy (RT.27) right onto (N.queens ave) right over the rail road track and left turn (s.railroad ave) towards the dead end right on Muncy stop in office at middle of the block before going in the yard...... ((( ATTENTION))) O.T.R DRIVERS AVOID PARKWAYS IN THE TRI-STATE

We’ve been using Nicolock for several years, not only is there product above and beyond but there customer service is spot on. There experienced staff always puts the right foot forward when coming to the customer or contractor. Having a staff like that makes it even easier for us contractors to do our job.
