We are so very grateful for the wonderful experience we had working with Mike Maroney and Nick Lewandowski, and what appeared to be the entire staff at your Frederick Maryland facility. We are planning a complicated paver project in our back yard and could not sort through the various options with the contractor we had chosen for the job. We approached the staff at NicoLoc and they were, of course, extremely knowledgeable and professional. But even more, they were so very patient and attentive each of the several times we took advantage and visited the plant. We genuinely feel a personal relationship with these folks. You are extremely lucky to have such terrific representatives for your brand.

I had my walkway done about 4 years ago. The color seems to be ok. However, do not use these pavers anywhere snow removal is required. They scratch very easily from the skids on a snow blower or any snow removal devices. The scratches do not come out easily or at all. This product is OK if it is used in a non snow removal location. Be advised. UPDATED: based on the manufacturers reply they claim any rubber edge blade can be used. This may be true, but we are talking about the snow skids on a snow blower. I don't know too many snow blowers that have rubber skids. SO MY ADVICE REMAINS - DO NOT USE IT WHERE A SNOW BLOWER WILL BE USED. THE SKIDS WILL SCRATCH THE STONES.

I have had my Nicolock walkway for about 4 years now. They still look good (color wise and weathering) despite the following; - do not install them anywhere where snow removal is mandatory. The stones scratch easily from the snow blower skids or any other snow removal tools required in the northeast. Scratches are almost impossible to remove and generally do not fade on their own.
