Needed electricity and a private pole removed from block of land, ready for building. Reply from initial call was very quick, appointment made. Unfortunately person doing job got sick, but they let me know straight away that there would be a couple of days delay, which I was able to tell builder. New appointment made, within two working days of original appointment. Received a call to say they were at the block about to start work. Work completed quickly and they tidied up afterwards. Great job. Would highly recommend.

We have had solar and now battery fitted to the house. On both occasions the guys were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, particularly Dylan who was a standout. Price wise, very competitive, no hidden costs. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

The team worked exceptionally well, and although they faced several challenges, everything was completed to the highest standards. I should also mention that the company's attitude towards us as clients was excellent. Everyone in the company—including management, office staff, and installers—was very polite, attentive to all our requests, and responsive. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.

Well, after about 1 year of having had them come and install power pinta for my island, this time we needed a new fan for the laundry room and a pendant light and switch installed. So, given the great experience we had last time, we contacted them. I am happy to say the service and attention is still second to none. They came , evaluated and gave us various quotes, each with their pros and cons and never pressured us to take any one in particular. We bought the light fixture with a promo code they happened to have which also made the whole thing better. The actual installation day. Hott always keeps us informed of when they are coming or if there is a delay and always ask if it is still ok in case of a change. The team was absolutely great. Corey, Zack and Josh coordinated themselves and got going. They were all respectful, amicable, polite and very professional. They also did a great clean up after the work was done. They kept us informed of what was going on and they didn’t mind us asking either. Our light fixture and the fan work like a charm and the experience was painless. Great team, great service. Hott Electrics, were amazing. Initial enquiry was answered promptly and all options explained. A detailed quote gave me the choice of what I wanted. New power points were installed, new outdoor lights installed, moved outdoor light switch, security camera installed and linked to my phone, plus updated my electrical board.
