From start to end the team at HOTT Electrics have been superb. They were quick to attend our home and quote on new options for air-con systems. The quote was fairly priced and very well structured and clear. Even though it was the busy period of Christmas time they managed to fit in our new 7 zone ducting system at the start of January when all other providers we spoke with couldn't do so until Feb at the earliest. The team arrived exactly as planned on the specified time/days and worked very hard to ensure the job was completed on time. Being a retro fit to an old home with newer renovations built onto it the job threw up some challenges that required changes to ducting paths, outlet and return air locations. The team were very quick to assess the options and clearly run me over them so I could make informed decisions on how I wanted to proceed. They were very respectful of our home, taking care to remove shoes, put drop mats down, and clean up any mess. They were polite, engaging, and patient - especially with my young children hovering around asking questions. Prior to finishing up they did a walk through of the installation (16kw Fujitsu) to ensure I was happy and ran me through how to operate the AirTouch 5 system (Highly recommend this system!). What more can I say about Hot Electrics !!! We had a fan which broke its connection and blew the old cermaic fuses. I contacted this super star team and they sent Matt out to have a look. He looked over everything and gave me two great options to fix it. He explained the importance of replacing the old ceramic fuses with circuit breakers and knocked me up a quote to do all four. Matt then came over Saturday morning and replaced all the fuses for me and brought our board up to current regulation. He also gave me some suggestions in buying a new fan from bunnings and he installed that as well. Amazing communication, cost and punctual!!! I will be using Hott Electrics for everything !!! Reagan showed up in just a couple of hours notice and did an amazing job installing new cabling and switch for our faulty hot water heater. He even checked in with us next day to make it was all sorted and running again, absolute legend.

James from HOTT Electrics gave the best quote for a replacement solar system and battery. He (and his team) were professional, friendly, knowledgable, and they weren't pushy. He patiently stayed in touch when we dragged out the quote process, and in the end the pre-sales contact was a factor in our choice. The install was done under pressure, leading up to Christmas, but it was done effectively, with the excellent communication continuing through the process. We're already seeing a massive reduction in our grid usage (using the Alpha ESS Monitoring that is included), and it's predicting our future electricity bills will be a WHOLE lot lower than before. I highly recommend HOTT, especially if you're in the Illawarra.
