Highly recommend if you are an investor looking to scale your business quickly with less hoops to jump through than traditional financing. Joe was great getting the ball rolling for us and Margaret was amazing helping us get to the finish line. I will say our timeline did have some delays and we were not able to close within the expected time frame but we have been told that is something LendSimpli is actively working on to improve. We were using this company to finish a cash out refi on a BRRR of ours and we were very happy with the rate, term, and points that our loan came with. The “portal” that they use to push you through the process is extremely intuitive and made the process very manageable and easy. We can’t wait to do business again with LendSimpli and more importantly with Joe and Margaret! We are in Ohio

I was referred to Lend Simply by a friend of my Realtor. We purchased an investment property on a bridgeless barrier island, which is more than difficult to find a lender for. We worked with Ernie Blockburger as the loan officer and Corey Anderson as the analyst, and there aren't two finer people to work with. Corey patiently worked through the little glitches that invariably come up in a real estate transaction, and was more than helpful when I needed questions answered. I have already referred LendSimpli to an investor friend, and I will definitely return for my next investment property!

Every team member was easy to work with and communication was always fast. If I had a question it was answered within about an hour, even on weekends...to say I'm impressed is an understatement. No surprises on closing day either, they were always upfront with their quotes. Hard to beat these rates for an investment property too!! I will definitely be using Lendsimpli again!!
