I chose lend SIMPLI because I’m a small business owner and my debt to income ratio is not ideal for banks and conventional mortgages, but our credit is really good. If you’re in this kind of situation, Lend SIMPLI is perfect. We closed within 40 days, the terms were the same at closing as they were discussed in the beginning. No surprise fees. My attorney said the process was pretty smooth for them. I’m a real estate agent, so I have experience with closings and purchasing houses. This was JUST AS smooth if not MORE than a traditional financing situation. Best of all is their customer service. I personally had two people assigned to me, Paige and Erica. They were incredible. I could txt or call them anytime, and if they were busy they would get back to me ASAP. I even told them about a baby girl I was having the week of closing and they were always so sweet to ask how everything was. They sent me this card after closing. Couldn’t recommend more. The negative reviews are most likely from people that didn’t cooperate with the documents they needed ( which were minimal). I WILL be using them again. Couldn’t recommend more. Seem great from the top down.

I had a pleasant experience with LendSimpli overall. Their process was less complicated and shorter than a conventional loan lender. They were transparent throughout the process. I got to communicate directly with their underwriting team and the closing team, besides the client facing front office. They responded quickly via email. However, the area for improvement is phone communication. My calls all went to their voicemails. Sometimes I had to talk to someone on the phone and not wait for an email response the next day, but it was impossible to make a same-day or even a next-day appointment for a phone call. That's the reason why I rate them 4 stars and not 5 stars.

LendSimpli has made it very easy for me to get the process of refinancing done. I am extremely pleased with the team of truly professionals that I worked with Ernie and Margaret, they've answered all my questions, got me the best rate and responded fast to all my emails and calls.
