So far all is great. Daughter fractured both bones in right arm Saturday, got us in on Tuesday, surgery is today! So far everyone has been superb. Priority is getting her back to 100% so she can get back to being a kid again! Hopefully no more injuries like this one, but I know where I am taking her again If I need too!

Didn't have to wait to get back to a room. Allyson was very professional and very personable. Dr. Ehlers came in shortly after. Very personable. He took the time to explain to me what his conclusions were from viewing the MRI. He gave me the reassurance that it wasn't cancer and to continue PT.

MD West One is a wonderful place to an get evaluation of a health issue and then follow up treatment. The entire staff that greets you are very friendly and professional and make you feel welcome. Jessalyn Brockman, who performed my knee injection, is excellent. She explains the issue and then provides treatment options. I couldn’t be happier with the treatment I receive at MD West One and I highly recommend!

My daughter hurt her knee playing volleyball. Her pediatrician was able to get her in for an appointment, same day, which was extremely helpful for us because we live an hour away. Testing was completed, she was evaluated, treatment plan was made, and we headed home. Very professional and caring staff. Thank you for all you do!

The scheduler and the front office staff were very pleasant and thoughtful. The medical assistant that took my information in the exam room I was very kind and thorough. Jessalyn examine my injury and quickly diagnosed it as a distal biceps rupture. I have an MRI scheduled to verify this and hopefully surgery within the next month. Besides the bad news, it was a great experience
