Everything was quite convenient, was able to register through texting. Remaining registration in person was short and sweet.. Taken back to the room was quick. The physician’s PA was knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr explained what we needed to know.
I’ve been a nurse for 35 years and have worked in pre-op and recovery room with many of the docs in this practice. I would recommend MD West to anyone. They have an excellent group of doctors and staff.

Everyone I came in contact with at the office was helpful, cheerful, and explained everything in a way I could understand. I have been to other orthopedic doctors and they are not all helpful. This office is accommodating, and want you to feel better. Options were given in a way I could understand and I could choose what option was nest for me.

I had a bad bicycle accident recently and ended up in the ER with a fractured bone in my elbow and instructions to follow up with a specialist at MD West ONE. They were able to see me within an hour of calling for a quick review of my x-rays from the ER the night before. Dr. Wegner and his PA saw me that day, discussed my injuries and had me follow up with Dr. Gaffney a few days later, as Dr. Gaffney specializes in upper extremities. I've had an amazing experience with both doctors as well as the PAs and nurses. The medical staff were highly skilled at explaining my injury and how to properly care for it and promote healing. I did not feel rushed at any point during my appointmet. Check in was also very quick and efficient. The staff here have provided nothing short of top tier, compassionate care, and I'm very grateful for all the help with my fracture thus far.

Have been here twice so far. Both times I was taken back to exam room pretty quickly and seen shortly after that. Everyone that I have been seen or helped by have been very courteous and professional. Unfortunately my injury is going to require surgery and recovery will take time. I feel that I am in good hands.

I had a great experience with Dr. Mantone. He explained everything going and was very personable. The staff are great and I was seen very quickly. I love the new location in Council Bluffs. I also had Carpel Tunnel Release surgery done by Dr. Tiedeman at one of the other MD West One locations. Excellent doctors and staff. Highly recommend !
