Honestly, the center is very good and the service is very special also the medical staff is professional, only a small note is that the price of post-operative treatment costs more than the operation and this is completely illogical.

It was great experience these people are professional and they are following with me even after the surgery. I was comfortable during the operation and my stay in the hotel plus the transport as well

The best Service over and great deals

Went to clinic over Christmas holidays 2018, was collected from airport and taken to Hilton hotel in the morning was assessed for pre operation. Following morning had the transplant was a 7 hours I think procedure a lunch break was included, and provided with snacks, the staff was very helpful I stayed a few days extra then required so the helped with the removal and washing and after care aswell. Overall it was a good descion,the price is what is it I had the sapphire treatment which was 650 euros more the the normal one, the only thing I wasnt to pleased with was the high price of the medicine that was advised for a year it was inThe region of 1200 euros, I think this is grossly overpriced it needs to looked into by clinic. Apart from that all was great, they contact u regularly after a few months to check if all is good . I am happy with the service, and do advise people to consider the clinic .

Experience was good, staff were great , Mirella in particular, Any questions I had there was no problem. All transfers were on time,it was all very efficient.information on pick ups all provided promptly . hotel was lovely,good location to clinic.staff also in the hotel were very good. I should have stayed an extra day,the journey home was a bit uncomfortable,felt nauseas.my mistake. Procedure was good ,pain free. Very efficient If I could give any advice it would be the pain medication upset my stomach.maybe something to counter that.not a big issue. Or something to help patients sleep after the procedure,day 1 2. I wasn't prepared financially for the products afterwards,I would prefer if they were available in a package..it was optional ,I bought one months supply and I left feeling like i might not get the same result without these products. Not a big deal now but at the time this bothered me.if I knew before hand I would have saved for the extra cost. Not a big deal. I will and I have recommended ye,and if I need further treatment I will be back to see ye.im very happy

After seeing many of my friends get their hair transplant in Turkey, I can honestly say I have one of the better results than all of them. Vera clinic makes your experience hassle free. The staff is friendly, the follow up is amazing, especially Mariam who’s has been very helpful in communicating with me. She’s professional, and always answered my questions. My results look natural unlike others who did their transplant some where else. My father just got back from Vera clinic last week, and he was also very happy with the transplant and his over all experience. What an amazing place. I went July 1st 2019 for hair transplant (Fue) I was a little nervous about going to a different country for treatment/surgery, but from the moment I walked in to the clinic my nerves were calmed instantly, this clinic is absolutely perfect. So clean you could eat your dinner from the floor, the staff are so friendly you don’t want to leave and the surgeons are so professional, proud and dedicated to making everything perfect & comfortable for you. you really do get 5 star treatment, if i knew before what I know now there is no other place in the world I would even have thought about going for hair transplant. After visiting and reviewing clinics in the Uk this one really does blow any expectations out of the window. I really am so glad I chose Vera clinic. I am only 5 days after my transplant, I feel fine and am already happy with my new hair, fingers crossed this time next year I will have a new head of hair! I am also planning on going back later in the year to have my teeth done.

My trip from San Francisco, California to Istanbul Turkey, was long and expensive but the moment I’ve met Vera Clinic staff I feel like I did the right thing. I was scared at first and worry about the hair transplant surgery and the result. As I arrived to the clinic I met Khaled, an amazing man with great smile. He walked me into the clinic and introduced me to the rest of the team ( Yesser, Farah...) they were amazing and helpful, then explained to me every single step. Afterward I, start to feel comfortable and that I’m at home. The entire surgery, was like I’m in Barbershop getting my hair cut done. When they finished the transplant, the driver took me to my hotel room and on our way, he was nice enough and even exit the freeway to get me some water and food when I asked (sorry I forget his name, a Turkish young man, was driving regular car not a Van). Next day I was picked up from my hotel room again and came back to the clinic to show me how to wash my hair and take care of of it In order to have good result. They gave me some good shampoo which I’m still using till today. A year passed, and all what I can say is IT’S A LIFE CHANGING GUYS!! I have more hair now then 6 years ago,I’m honest and have no reason to lie. I didn’t believe the videos I’ve seen before and thought that it’s impossible, but with VERA CLINC it’s possible. Yes, you can get your hair back and why not, more than what you had. Big thanks again to the doctor and the specialists. Special thank to Khaled, Yaser, Doha and Farah.
