Fantastic! I saw the steak tacos online and was really curious about them. The entire fish was astounding. Between Capital Grill, Seasons 52, and True Food, this is a fantastic intersection! I would choose True Food over either of the two just about any day, if it was just me. True Food is a great place to take a casual date and the other are just a "nicer" establishment in the traditional manner. True Food delivers on quality of service, experience, and taste! My my what a taste! They use a decent amount of oils to enhance the flavors, albeit the oils are a bit overkill. Chili oil (I think) on the lettuce wraps and the combination oil on the Artichoke appetizer, there's a good amount used wich changes the flavor that most would be expecting, which can be good. I loved the artichokes, I loved my steak tacos, and I loved my wife's lettuce wraps. I think that some people wouldn't like it because only a sixth of the items tasted as expected. The cauliflower rice that comes with the steak tacos has a thick carne asada sauce that tastes amazing, but was not expected. I would happily, I would LoVe to go back and eat just about everything on the menu, if money wasn't a concern. Not that it was overly expensive, the cost was about the only thing that went as expected.
