If you have many allergies and looking for a great place to enjoy amazing food and a warm atmosphere, this is it! They were extremely helpful, informative and accommodating to our allergies like egg, soy, dairy, etc... They also have a very clear allergen menu. The many allergy friendly foods here were absolutely delicious, despite being void of the major ingredients most foods are prepared with. Many places that make foods without egg, dairy, soy, etc. Often taste either very bland, or have an unpalatable consistency, but the food here was so good I couldn't help but get excited about it!

I’m always on the hunt for good vegan food and a True Food Kitchen did not disappoint. I got the spinach and mushroom pizza. It was very flavorful and the almond ricotta really set it off. Highly recommend.

True Food is one of my favorite places to eat at the Town Center. The menu selection is unique and healthy. I’ve enjoyed every item I’ve had. The burger is one of my favorites. Sweet potatoes are a good side item. Coffee is fantastic. If you want something healthy, look no further.

Great food & great atmosphere! Came here on a Friday night at the beginning of dinner rush, were seated quickly and given a rundown of the awesome menu. I got a tofu noodle bowl and WOW it was perfect. I love that this place uses such fresh ingredients and is vegetarian friendly. Also, I highly recommend trying one of their carbonated teas/drinks. Super yummy

I’m a recently diagnosed celiac and this place made me feel normal again. I ate the ENTIRE gluten free margarita pizza, the wine was delicious, charred cauliflower was one of those appetizers you can’t stop eating. My waitress was kind and made sure the chef knew I had a gluten allergy. I felt safe here and stress free. 10/10 recommend !!!
