I cannot return.
I just got frustrated with this.
I inquired about the pineapple marguerita. The answer was, "If you don't like it, we'll get you something else". So not exactly a descriptive answer or confidence in product. I took a chance. It was delicious.
I ordered a vegan Peruvian burger, no bun. I received a regular burger with arugula. During the wait, I did expect to be asked about wanting another drink. That never happened. So, no extra drink and incorrect order. I had to flag an expediter down since she didn't come check on me. "What were you expecting?"
Well, my order, actually. by the time they were going to fix it, the rest of the party ate. So I just got cookies.
No one came to apologize, ask how it was going, or offer the cookies.
Then trying to pay the bill was another debacle. I requested a certain split. Just took quite a few explanations on that.
By the way... Is there a reason when I say it's mine, it gets handed to the male at the table.
Will we ever learn to ask who gets the bill, or just say "here it is, no rush".
I typically over tip servers on purpose. This time I was upset enough to walk away.
