This place is a complete joke. To charge what they charge and serve what I received in my to go order today is just wrong. I ordered the grass fed beef burger. I did not remove any toppings from my order but what I received was maybe one piece of mushroom on top and 2 slithers of caramelized onion. They also forgot the sauce. So 2 dry buns. The patty itself was terrible , had a strange taste and texture to it. It was super pink even though it was meant to be medium well. The side (sweet potato hash) was literal scrappings and hardly a “side”. I paid $19.50 for this. It went in the garbage and with It my appetite. This place is unacceptable and should really consider lowering the prices if this is the kind of service you provide.

The waitress never smiled. When you ask about the items on the menu....she acted with a rude face. My burger and potatoes were cold. I will not be back.

I had a girlfriend in town from Maryland, where ALL the restaurants are five star. I had eaten at this establishment, pre pandemic twice, and the food and service was good. My experience on Sunday was unbelievably terrible. The coffee was cold, which our waitress said it was the milk I added, the appetizer was cold and after an hour wait, even after I asked her to please bring my turkey burger hot, it was cold as well. We were the only persons of color on the patio and we saw numerous other parties, seated and fed before our food came out, which was two salads and a burger. The message was loud and clear, NEVER will patronage this restaurant again.

I placed the order to pick up for a burger with gluten free bun, I paid additional for the gluten free and when I came home to eat the burger , it was not gluten free. It was on regular bun. Even though they charged me for gluten free. This is not the first time. They always do that. A complete waste of money and food. I could not eat it.

I had been traveling all day and decided to avoid traffic home and stop quickly for dinner. Great service at the bar- enjoyed a poke bowl and tea. Decided to order a small crudités to bring home for later. Imagine my surprise when I open it a d have a side of only cold carrots and cucumbers. Where’s the lettuce other veggies and dip? This is the most expensive side of vegetables I’ve ever had.

The food tasted bland and the salad did not look fresh. $5 for a lemonade with no refills is a scam.. it was filled to the brim with ice. They don't tell you until after you order a drink there are no refills. No soda policy feels like a push to pay $5 for drinks.. its clearly a way to upsell while spinning it as healthy. Side Salmon on salad is an additional $9 and had no seasoning.. tasted fishy. Stop pretending your hand raising salmon in your artisan stream in the back of your restaurant. Other high end restaurants serve a side of salmon for half the price.

My teriyaki bowl was bland. It was missing the bok choy and mushrooms. I placed my order for curbside to-go. I called when I arrived. The attendant instructed me to park near the valet sign and someone would be right out with my order. I waited and waited and ended up having to go inside to get my food. My food was just sitting on the counter. The receptionist asked if I called when I pulled up. I absolutely did call. She apologized. All this to say, I was disappointed in the food and the service.

The food and atmosphere was great, I have no complaints about that. But there was a small man in the men's bathroom that wouldn't stop staring at me. And as I entered a stall for a private moment I could see him trying to look up underneath the bottom of the stall without being seen and he at one point tried to grab my foot which is when I left, my business unfinished. I don't know if this man was an employee or a customer, either way this is incredibly unprofessional behavior.

Ordered a martini with Titos vodka (didn’t have any good name brand vodka) and was charged $16.50 for one not-very-good martini that took 15-20 minutes to receive in a not-crowded restaurant. Spoke with manager about absurd price and he basically said “too bad.” Won’t be back.

Food was subpar, and underprepared, went home and felt like crap for about a day! definitely not worth the price, general manager will also make a scene of you complain about the food, the only good thing they had was their lemon water. Save your money.
