To be honest I don’t like leaving reviews, I simply don’t have time for this, but in this case I just have to let others know that this was the worst experience ever. I tried booking an urgent appointment with this clinic several times as well as register on their website, but no success. Finally I did manage to get a quick appointment just to weight my dog and get her an over the counter unti worming medicine. As I arrived after a long trip, I was told at the reception that I will not be serviced as they cannot find my details in their system. I have explained that I was told over the phone to come in and get the medication but this was just useless. Absolutely incompetent receptionist who only knows how to follow procedures and has no idea about good customer service. Made an absolute full of me. All I wanted is to be another customer and get a good treatment. This was my last attempt to register with Goddard.

I had been waiting 3 weeks for my dog's to get special injection for her heath. I have been told on the phone my appointment is booked for 9:30. I came just after 9:20 to ensure I am a bit earlier, then lady said they won't help us as we are late..?(apparently I was booked for 9:15) I told them what happened and that is clearly their mistake for giving me wrong time but still no one would help me. Vet was happy to argue for 10 minutes about how its my fault instead of give the injection which takes literally 2 minutes. She was covering herself 'we are so busy', but there where 4 ladies (staff) there, no other people/dogs. Then she told me I can just re-book and wait another 3 weeks! When my dog needed the help ASAP! They are so rude and unprofessional, especially the vet lady (blond hair). They didn't care about my dog's health at all, very sad for a vet not to be passionate about what you are doing. I ended up going to Stone Lion Goddar in Wimbledon, I can highly recommend them!

Good quick service dog gets scared due to traffic on road but once inside good quick service.

I found Goddard vet on Google, and I loved all the attention and details they gave me right in the middle of COVID-19 lockdown. I felt very comfortable in bringing my kitten for her fist vaccinations. Everyone is always very friendly and I straight way became their customer.
