A very caring team who perfectly understood and have contributed to the well being of one of our dogs with an existing illness that is being treated by our vet in a different country. We feel in safe hands being able to travel between the UK and Spain in the knowledge that we will be covered here in the UK for ongoing monitoring and treatment.

Even though I had an appointment on Friday, when I called them due to my cat's condition worsening, they gave me a spot on the same day. Same happened the day after around their closing time. There was not much they could do for our boy but they tried their best and acted very quickly. Thank you very much Dr. Rhiannon, Dr. Emma, Leanne, Stacey and Emma for all your support.

A bit of effort by phone paid off with a Monday morning offer of same-day appointment for "urgent care" that wasn't quite an emergency. We're new clients. The vet was superb, identified the likely source of my dog's paw injury and offered pain and antibiotic meds immediately. If you have an urgent matter that might not strictly be an emergency, it's worth it to ring on the emergency line and request a fast appointment. We're so relieved and very happy with Dr. Lockwood's professionalism, sharp eyes and warmth.

Very nice vet, kind and gentle, lovely staff and Nirses are amazing too.
You must be on time, if your late you may not get seen.
It's expensive but service is very good plus not a very long wait.

Amazing vets! My puppy Peanut had suspected heatstroke and they managed to see me 20 minutes after I rang them. The vet was very nice, reassuring and informative (sorry I didn’t get her name). I was really worried and they made me and Peanut feel way better and she is now home and acting normal, I’m so relieved!

This practice is so badly run. They only have locums and are rude and disorganised. Cancelled my puppies 2nd vaccinations due to staff illness without an apology just a text 30mins prior. Failed to log him on the payment plan even though I spent half an hour on the phone going through the process and then tried to charge me more even though it was their mistake. Now they are
requesting payment again for his neutering operation even though I sent them proof of payment straight away by email
as I paid in the practice. Get a grip you are totally useless!

I called for my hamster whose been unwell and they were so kind and got me an appointment quickly. The staff couldn’t have nicer even though I was a stressed, crying mess! Highly recommend if you have a little fluffy one too.
