His guidance and advice were invaluable, and I felt confident about what I will be going through. The surgeons and nursing staff, Elif, Özlem, and Mert, were all fantastic as well. They were incredibly skilled, and their attention to detail and precision was evident in the quality of their work. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure, and I knew that I could trust them completely. Aylin and Elis, the coordinators, were also extremely helpful. They were attentive to my needs and regularly checked on me throughout the treatment to ensure that I was comfortable and understood everything that was happening. Their kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated. Finally, Zerrin, who helped explain the medical process and medication post-treatment, was incredible as well. She took the time to go through everything with me in detail, making sure that I understood exactly what I needed to do to take care of my hair and scalp in the days and weeks following the treatment. From start to finish the experience was flawless on organisation , professionalism, standard of the facility to the staffs welcoming and caring attitude. Nothing was too much trouble . Zoraki was a great guy on my final day at hospital who gave really good clear advice as well as good conversations away from the procedure ( football ) Will be telling my friends about Vera who I know are interested
