Apart from the slight issue with the payment initially my experience with Vera clinic was excellent. My named medical consultant was always available on WhatsApp to answer my questions and confusions before and after surgery. When I reached Istanbul there was someone there to pick me up from the airport. Hotel was nice and closely located to shopping mall/eating places. My transfers from hotel to clinic was luxury. At the day of surgery specialist drew a very good hair line. During the procedure there was an English speaking staff present all the time. Just after the surgery I got fainted and was well looked after by the staff. On second day my dressing was taken off and head was checked. Transfer back to airport was luxury and my medical consultant kept in touch with me for 4-5months to check my progress. Overall I am really satisfied by the care given by Vera clinic and I am excited to see my final results in next 5 months approximately. Many Thanks.
