My family recently purchased a truck from Big Island Used Cars. We started looking during the height of the pandemic but BIUC was closed at the time. I think it speaks volumes to their morality and character that they were willing to take a huge financial loss from remaining closed (when most dealerships were open) so they could protect their family and our community! Once they reopened, we found a truck on their app (super easy to use btw), checked out their website where there was a full video of the truck posted. I sent in applications that night and by the next day Brandon called me to let me know we were approved! We were able to test drive, sign and drive away in under two hours.
