You’ve read reviews from new customers but I doubt you’ve read a review regarding 14 –year-old Secure All double-entry doors that are still operating in excellent condition! I purchased my doors in 2000. They have been trouble free all these years. This summer I had the interior double-entry doors replaced. That meant the Secure All security doors needed re-keyed and a lower angle security bracket replaced (removed during new door installation). I can attest to the superior quality of these doors and that Secure All stands by its product. Additionally, Ken Colaizzi provides outstanding customer service. These security doors are the best built on the market. Nothing else will give you better protection, peace-of-mind, and reliability.

When I first moved to Northwest Denver I worked at trying to support local and family owned companies in the neighborhood. I knew I needed security doors for my home (front, back and French doors to a patio). I did some shopping around and decided on Secure All to start the process. Security doors that are really security doors are going to cost. You get what you pay for. I was immediately impressed with how solid the doors at Secure All were. I used my tax refund one year to get the front and back doors taken care of. I was really pleased with the way that we were able to come up with a pattern that fit the style of my 82 year old home. A year later, I used my tax refund to do the French doors to the patio area. I was able to match the style of the other doors and what was nice was that the same installer, Ken, from the year before, was my installer for the French doors. My home underwent a major renovation over the past year requiring the back door and its frame to be removed. I was not home when the removal occured and the contractors didn't use the greatest of care in the removal. When it came time to re-install the old door, I went to Secure All and spoke with the owner. We weren' sure, with some of the modifications to the door opening, if the old door was going to work. Ken came out and took a look and assured me that they would be able to make it work. Whew! That saved a bundle as I wasn't going to have to buy whole new door. We set up a date for the installation. It happened to be the Saturday morning when we had sub zero temperatures. (The same day that our Denver Broncos lost to the Baltimore Ravens in a very cold playoff game.) Ken showed up at 7:00 a.m. as scheduled ready to install. Although I was eager for the door to be installed it seemed inhumane to allow it. Ken was willing though, even in the bitter cold. We re-scheduled at my insistence. Ken came on a warmer day, got the door installed and it's like it was never removed. The first door has been on the house for 12 years. All of the doors show very little wear and I feel just as secure now as I did when the final doors were installed. If you want doors that are truly security doors, from a company that is locally and family owned and operated, with service professionals who are both professional and friendly, this is the company to turn to. They show up when they say they are going to and communicate with you through the process so there are no surprises. It has been great working with Ken. He has been the installer for each of the doors. That's stability! and Security!

We were looking for a "storm door" to protect our investment in a high-end entry door (yes, the "expert" service guy from the door company said "get a storm door to "fix" the problem") - saw Secure-All at the home improvement show and was impressed by the workmanship and approach that the company displayed. We figured it wasn't the cheapest, but certainly was the best built door on the entire show floor (I think there were at least 6-10 vendors). The added level of security that the Secure-All model provided was an extra benefit that would help protect not only us but the household possessions. Two years later and we are STILL impressed with the quality of our Secure-All door. There are many cool/warm days when we can leave the entry door open and just use the Secure-All door (whether with the screens or without). With the glass installed the door provides a thermal insulator - we never seem to feel the cold like we did before we had the storm door. As for the company, we recently had the "closer" go out and the door would close quicker than it should. A call to Secure-All and we had Ken come out the next day, with the part in-hand, ready to replace the defective closer. Not only did Ken show up early for the appointment, but approached the job with a smile and a "happy to fix it" attitude. Even better, nearly two years after the sale, the replacement part was covered under warranty!! A VERY nice surprise in this day and age of 90 day to 1 year warranties that are typical. We don't get this level of service from the company that put in our new windows (and entry door) at an extremely HIGH price. I would HIGHLY recommend Secure-All for anyone that is looking for a secure storm door. No, they are not the cheapest, but the quality of the door and the customer service that they provide is well worth the expense. I would use them again without hesitaation.

No general voice-mail for new customers to leave a message when convenient to THE CISTOMER after business hours, so I can tell they have poor customer service. They require the customer to do all the work. Plenty of other companies with voice-mail invoxes that are responsive.
