We have had our Secure-All door now for 6 years and we have to say (and we never do reviews) that of all the home improvements we have done over 40 years - working with Ken Colaizzi and his family is the highlight. Not only is their craftsmanship, safe guards and metal work of the highest quality, but their attention to any/all customer concerns and remedies is above reproach. We recently called Ken about an issue that was occurring randomly with my locking mechanism. He was as pleasant this day as he was 6 years ago. He scheduled a time to look at the area of concern, arrived earlier, and fixed the issue promptly and courteously. Unlike the brand it replaced on the front of our home, It continues to stand out as a beautiful addition. It remains rust free, still fits exactly in the frame with no binding on either vertical or horizontal planes and begs only minor upkeep. We recently had our 70’s security door replaced by Security Doors and it was the most gratifying experience. Ken C. was our contact person as well as installer. From the start he asked questions to determine the best option for our needs. He sent a quote, we approved, and he was over in a couple of days to take measurements. He also accessed our doorframe to determine if it required work for a proper fit—which it did. Because of Covid work was somewhat delayed and Ken called several times with updates. 23 years ago, being divorce and house poor, I bought an exterior door from SecureAll. I didn't even have enough in the bank to pay for it. They finance it for me. I cannot express enough the joy it has brought me. I have southwest exposure wo when I leave the door open - I benefit from the warming the house. Time has passed and it's now time to service the door. SecureAll earned my loyalty when they initially installed. They have earned my business again. The door works perfectly. I expect it to work another 23 years.

They stayed in communication with us through the whole process, calling to provide updates as the door was being built. They were precisely on time on the day of install and so great to work with. Honestly this process from start to finish was absolutely the smoothest in our new house building experience. Ordering and option choices were done quickly and even included a home visit to finalize metal color. Ken kept us updated on manufacturing time lines and showed up on time (actually early) and worked for 10 hours to get our front door just right. His pleasant demeanor made it easy to discuss necessary maintenance and just have very enjoyable conversations throughout the day. We just received our new door! It is everything we expected and more. Ken was meticulous with the installation. Our 70’s era house proved to be a challenge but he took the time and extra effort to give us a great finished product. We purchased doors from Secure All for our previous home and they gave us many years of comfort and security. They have made improvements to the closer and other features that make these doors even better than the last. These aren’t the cheapest doors but the quality of the product and the great service make Secure All an outstanding value.

I recently had Secure All install a screen door on my home. We saw them at the Home Show while we shopped for this type of door. Of the products I saw, they had the only all steel product there and it included features beyond the framing and lock to prevent forcible entry through their door. We made an appointment for the measurements. They manufactured the door to fit our opening exactly. They then installed it in a few hours last week. Everything was carefully done. The ventilation this summer will be great and so will the insulating effect next winter. A great experience.

Ken installed my door on 03/30/20. The door arrived ahead of schedule, he coordinated the installation in advance, and did a wonderful job on the installation. The door is wonderful, letting light into my home, providing security. I leave the front door open now that the weather is getting nicer...and when I switch out the glass panels to screens the breeze coming through will be great. I couldn't be happier with the entire ordering process, timing, features and quality of the door.

This review is long overdue. A few years ago my house was broken into. They broke through the security door that I had recently purchased at a big box store. My home was ransacked, all of my sentimental valuables were gone and my kids were terrified. The police had to nail boards to the opening of my door to temporarily secure it. I was panicked about getting a new security door up as soon as possible, but wanted to make sure that I chose wisely as the inexpensive version did not serve me well. I called several companies who weren't very helpful. Thank goodness I reached Ken at Secure-All - he sensed my urgency and came right over with a temporary door that he called the "terminator" that would keep us safe until our new door got installed. He went above and beyond. He assured me that their doors are the best in the industry and that no robber would be able break through this bad boy. A couple months later I had a contractor doing some work at my house and he commented on my door and said that Secure-All was the best door you could buy! That gave me additional peace of mind! Today, I called to mention that my lock was sticking. Ken came right over to check it out. There was some grime build up and all it needed was a good cleaning with some WD40. He refused to charge me for the trip. I love that they are a local, family business who really cares about their product as well as their customers! You get what you pay for and nothing is more valuable than my family's safety and peace of mind. I highly recommend!

We knew we needed to replace our 30 year old security door but procrastinated; worried about cost, quality of new product, installation, etc. Contacted Ken at Secure-All and all our procrastination and worries were unfounded. Let me start by saying that this company was the eighth company I contacted trying to get help for a door that I have bleeding from my garage to my home. Lou, apparently one of the owners, spoke to me at great length and even though I was prepared to purchase the door from him, he felt that this would not be the right fit for what I needed. Admittedly, I balked at the cost of the custom security door, but after having it for a couple weeks now, I'm so glad we got it. We wanted a security door with a dog door since we have two dogs that can never decide whether they want to be inside or outside, and we couldn't find a quality product until we came across this company. We worked with Ken, and he did a great job communicating about the job, the costs and type of products available. The best part of the door -- aside from the freedom of the dog door -- is that it is custom fitted and sealed tight so we can still have it "open" (locked for people, open for the dogs to go back and forth) and it protects against the outside temp. For instance, it's 40 degrees out right now, and I can't feel any cold coming through that door. So, if you're looking for a custom dog door/security door, I can honestly say that this is a good company to work with, and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the product.

This outfit is very detail-oriented and meticulous. Let me start by saying that creating a storm door for a curved door could be incredibly difficult; however, Ken and his team crafted a perfect fit, installed it perfectly, and then walked us through its functions. I've purchased two door locks from Lou and the second time he called me his best customer. 5 stars isn't enough for this amazing company! Lou expertly identified the lock set from a door from the 50's and expertly selected a replacement lock that fit and then keyed it to match the one I had purchased from him a year or two before. I wish I had more doors so that I could have more interaction with this amazing company! As much care as he took with my lock project I can not imagine why anyone would buy a security door from anyone else. I will only use this company for my security door needs. He is a marks lock dealer and this is a very special lock that you can't just buy at home depot and it's a very secure lock. He also sells doors. He helped me and provided a video so that I could do it myself. He even gave me screws to make my door more secure. The project took some emailing to make sure I had the right lock, but he is an expert and knew immediately! Thank you Lou!!

I have enjoyed a Secure-All security door for at least ten years now. It was not the cheapest door but they came out and measured my door and when door had arrived installed it quite professionally. I had a closer that had recently failed, so I called the office to see about going and getting a replacement. While leaving a message to call me back Ken picked up the call, was fairly nearby and so he whooshed over in 10 minute's time and not only replaced the closer (which he had in the truck, in the correct color) but the latching mechanism as well. One is hard pressed to find a good quality product and this high a level of service these days. In fact I can think of no one else that I have hired that has this high quality of service, and to top it off they seem to like the family business (40 years plus) and their jobs. Way to go guys, I am impressed, and I do not impress that easily.

We purchased a wrought iron storm door from Secure All back in 2008. We just changed out the screens for the glass. We absolutely love this storm door. It has many features: double lock for extra security, a small toggle mechanism to keep the door unlocked if you go out to get the paper, exchanging the glass for the screens is made so easy! The design of the door was well thought out to make it well worth the cost. If you are considering buying a storm door be sure to visit the company and let them show you how great these doors are!

Great customer service by Ken. Had key stuck and Ken came out to quickly fix it for me on a Sunday for no charge. I've had the security door for 10 years and it looks just like new. Well engineered door!

We've had our doors for 3 years and they are FANTASTIC. We opted for the Lexington with lowered center and (unlike some our our purchases) would DEFINITELY do it again. The security aspect of this door is great; with the deadbolt set you can't find a more secure frame. Screen-to-glass replacement is easily done (and affords a great opportunity to clean the frame with a soft towel and warm water and they look brand new). Also - get the hook for the exterior of the door to hang wreaths, well worth the small up charge. We also added side lights to the front door for a finished look and are quite happy with the result! The door finish is smooth powder coat - 2 pretty severe winters and hot summers and they look new. The hardware is super solid, no issues there and with keyed deadbolt access on both sides we feel we have maximum security and a gorgeous door to look through. Highly recommend these for a permanent solution to storm/security needs and they are local so they'll be there in a pinch. I removed my lower screen and a clip broke (probably due to me over tightening it when I put the screen in back in March) - replaced with some extras at no charge. Great customer service, great care during install, great doors!!!

You've read all the reviews about this family owned and operated small business and our family echoes the positive experience. We had a couple issues with the front and back patio doors and it's the service after the sale that really sets them apart! The front door closer stopped working and was promptly replaced. Ken also replaced the entire patio door rain eave when a screw holding the old eave broke. When I told him about a rain storm that seemed to get rain into the patio door, he siliconed around the patio doors. Secure All is comitted to their customers!

Secure all is a fantastic family owned business. Ken Coaizzi installed a show room screen/storm door for our back entrance and it looks amazing! It is also extremely secure because of the solid steel overlay and hinges. Ken and his family are honest, straight forward and will work with you. They are building a door for our front entrance now and it will be installed in October. For security, ventilation and insulation secure all doors cannot be beat!
