Tentworld is such a great place, I got all the items I need: tent, table, chair,mattress, sleeping bag, etc., as a new camper, with the help of their professional employee Luc, who is so nice and knowledgeable to show me how to install and fold up a Coleman tent, and recommended the proper mattress and air pump, ultramesh shield. And he also recommended us a new camper friendly camping site, which we just make the booking successfully, we are so excited for the 1st camping now.

Picked up a tent from TentWorld yesterday for my daughter, and the whole experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. What stood out most was their customer service — they didn’t just sell me the tent, they carried it out to my car and made the process quick and easy. That extra effort goes a long way.
The tent itself is exactly what we were after and seems to be great quality. I left the store feeling very satisfied and impressed with how smooth everything was. TentWorld clearly values its customers, and it shows in the way they handle every detail.

Based on these reviews I came in with every intention of supporting a local business and leaving with all the gear I needed. I was also served by James. Absolutely fantastic level of service in reflection of his knowledge and experience.
I also purchased the Tentworld self-inflating mattresses and like all the previous ones I’ve owned I treat them like thick skinned balloons that demand the utmost care to survive the harsh outdoor environments they’re subjected to. I imagine anyone with a modicum of intelligence would think and do the same. If they get holes and leak I won’t be coming to Tentworld or Google to put my IQ on display.

Bloody wicked shop, went there a couple years ago for the first time as I have heard of them but never been there rather than going to one of the other big names and the vibe I got felt so warm and cosy, I love this shop now and to go back whenever I am near by but its dangerous as I want to buy it all. Great quality and pretty good service, just all together very happy and prefer to go there first to buy gear rather than somewhere else

I have been shopping at tent world now for almost 10 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The great customer service you get is not biased but personalised to your needs and their knowledge about the products are second to none. With the prices they offer are that great they don't even bother do memberships unlike other recreational stores. The only down side is there is only 1 shop in W.A. so hopefully they branch out here and setup more shops. The product range they have is great, all the way from entry cheap level stuff to high end gear and the brand variety is great also.

I rang Tentworld over a tent issue I was having, and although the parts weren't available to buy new, they managed to find some old parts for me. Lucy and Luke? were both above and beyond helpful and friendly. I won't be bothering with the big boys now, I'd rather drive over to Midland and get good honest customer service. Thanks guys.
