Absolutely amazing service from the team. I had a warranty issue with a product and they were very helpful and sorted it out for me quickly and easily. Even gave me some good product tips and recommendations for some general questions I had regarding sleep systems.
Thanks so much, I live and work in Butler so you're quite far away for me to be a regular visitor, but it's well worth the time to pop by if you're in the area and need help with any camping or hiking needs.

Ben was fantastic, giving us excellent advice on the whole range of camping from tent, to blow up mattress and cooking gear. He explained everything clearly with the plus and minuses of different options, and also the sorts of things we didn’t need/weren’t really worth the extra expense (appreciated when you have a budget). He guided us through available alternatives, as well as asking us about different things we hadn’t considered.

We went for chairs for our next camping trip, they have the best selection at really good prices and people are both friendly and helpful - a really good experience. I am not that fit after a fall from a height and they insisted carrying them to our car.

Nothing much to say other than. Custom service is perfect. Pricing is very competitive. Picked myself a leatherman Micra today and will be back for more bits in a few weeks. And the staff even put up with my 3 year old telling them her life story ahahha.

Have always had good service and the lowest prices at TentWorld Midland. Went in this morning and was promptly asked if I needed assistance, so I was able to very quickly find what I needed. Lucy even kindly offered to help carry some of my purchases to my car because there were a bit too much for me to carry, and I could see that another team member was doing the same for another customer.

Felt the service there was very genuine and old school with all the jokes and demonstrations. Wet wipe people may get offended by it but I like it.
They are straight to the point, honest with a touch of humour. Keep it up.
I would visit it everyday if I didn’t live 1hr away.

Still go to Tentworld and still have a good camping product experience every time. They have the most extensive range of camping products that you could possibly need.

Perhaps the best camping store in Perth. Has everything and large amounts of stock. Has heaps of chairs to sit in and try before you buy. Also stocks things that nowhere else on Perth does. Saves having to buy online and wait for things to come from the East.

I came to Tentworld to purchase a new Engel fridge. The service was amazing, I was helped with my questions by someone who knew what he was talking about and loading of the fridge into my car. I drove 20 minutes further than I needed to after the service at 2 large blue shops was non existent. I will happily drive to Midland from Armadale for all of my camping supplies if it means I will be treated like a valued customer.
