Yesterday, 29 December 2017, I bought a Black wolf 450 Turbo Lite tent from Tentworld. I spent more than 2 hours in the shop. During that time several friendly assistants helped me I and patiently gave advice while I was indecisive on what I wanted. Eventually, I left the shop with much more than what I planned to bay. I was very excited and pitched the tent the moment I got home. Unfortunately, when I took down the tent, 2 tent poles struggle to slide in. One got completely stuck. I was very disappointed and disgusted.
Early the following morning I phoned the store and explained what happened. They asked me to take the tent back to them. On arrival they took the tent to inspect and without any hesitation, replaced the tent poles and apologized for any inconvenience.
The service was great and there was no interrogation of any kind. The staff I'd like to mention is Alan, Christan and Mikaela.
