My pad's battery was dead. That was obvious, but they did a complete diagnostic to make sure that was the only thing wrong with it. If there was something more serious, they suggested I might consider my options. There was nothing else wrong and they replaced the battery before the promised date. They cleaned it up very well, so it looked as new as it worked. The other important aspect of my experience was the friendly, but professional, service. They genuinely wanted to help me get the repair and make sure I understood what I was getting done and why to consider doing it.

Really just an awesome, easy experience here. The gentleman working was kind enough to look at my phone for free and tried a few things to fix the issue, he said they didn’t work and I would likely need a repair - well, it actually did work and my phone speaker is like new again!
