This was such a better experience then going to AT&T. The phone tech was quick I was in and out in 10 mins to fix my screen. Will only go here for phone repairs.

Fast, friendly, and no charge for a minor fix. One can’t ask for a better customer experience than that. This was my second visit to a Gophermods shop. My first went just as well.

I highly recommend Gophermods for affordable service when life throws out an “oops!” They were so friendly, quick, and explained things to me so I completely understood what they were doing and what I could expect. A for customer service!!!

The folks at Gophermods are fantastic. I have an iPhone 8s that I cracked a while ago within the first couple of hours that I owned it. I had not yet received a case for it and it just slipped right out of my hand. I took it in for a new screen and they did a great job. However I noticed that the screen was starting to delaminate. At first I thought it was bubbles under the screen protector. Unfortunately I travel quite a bit and just didn't have a chance to get into Gophermods. Finally I decided that I would head to the closest location near the airport when my flight landed. I went to the Eagan store and Tanner looked me up in their system. I was actually just outside of the warranty period but Tanner took care of me! In about 1.5 hours they completely replaced my screen and the protector. My phone looks great and is working fine. So many businesses would just say sorry, you need to pay up. But they really value customer service and do what it takes to keep people coming back. I know that I will have a device that needs servicing in the future. Heck, I have kids with phones and iPads. i will never go anywhere else! Thanks Gophermods!

Thoroughly impressed! This place is clean the techs know what they’re doing and they’re super friendly and helpful. I came in with a cracked screen they got me sorted out same day for a very competitive price. I came back six months later needing another screen repair and they fixed it same day covered under my warranty. No trying to trick you out of extra money or waste your time. I would go here again and again rather than dropping 1000 bucks on a new phone.
