Phone had died and was unresponsive. Took in and they did some trouble shooting at the desk and was able to get it to boot again. They did this all free of charge. Greatly appreciate the service.

Staff was incredibly helpful and willing to talk, gave us an amazing deal on a switch OLED, and ended up lending us the parts to fix a switch and a website link with no charge since it would be easy but expensive. Amazing experience

I did the latest software update on my iPhone which caused it to freeze. Being very low tech, I panicked. I brought my phone into Gophermods after hearing good reviews from a friend. They fixed it and then showed me how to do a hard reset in the future. They were very kind and most importantly did not talk down to me or make me feel bad for not knowing what to do. As a boomer, I appreciate this. Thank you!
