Everyone I came into contact with had patience and was knowledgeable with my repair. The turnaround time was quicker than estimated, which was nice. The only thing is I wish the charge for the screen protector they put on was included with the cost of the repair.

A great experience. My iPhone wouldn't charge; and the AT&T store suggested I file an insurance claim. Instead, I took it to Gophermods, where I was helped by Sam who was personable and professional. Rather than suggest we take apart the phone and do a complicated and expensive repair, he cleaned out the charge port and was able to fix the problem on the spot. And he refused to charge me... all in all, wonderful customer service and I couldn't be more pleased.
