I went in because my Samsung 20 microphone was not working. First they tired to blow it out, for no charge, while I waited (10 minutes). They gave me an estimate for parts/labor if it did not work.I brought it back and they installed the new part in an hour. Amazing customer service!! I highly recommend.

This was my first experience at Gophermods in Apple Valley and I am extremely impressed. My Macbook was running hot and making a lot of noise. I knew it needed a new battery also. I was surprised how soon I was able to drop it off. They did a diagnostic and determined that the fan was very dirty but did not need to be replaced. They also replaced the battery. All work was completed long before they said it would be. I will definitely be a return customer!
