Courteous, quick and thorough!

I took my iPad Pro in back in June due since it would no longer charge. The service tech was able to determine it was either a motherboard issue or the result of a faulty charging port. I elected to have the port replaced. I received the iPad a few days later with the new port installed and I haven’t had any issues since. The service tech was friendly and more than willing to answer any of my questions. I was also able to walk-in, have it looked it at, and leave it there all in the same day. A week or so later I was contacted by a representative asking me if I was satisfied with their service. My experience was nothing but pleasant and I definitely recommend this business if your device needs to be serviced quickly and at a competitive price.

A Very legit company. A little skeptical at first, I traveled 2.5 hours to the nearest location. But they saved our Xbox from doom!! Friendly service and fast. Even got a follow up email making sure we were happy with repair. Only wish they could have a location in Duluth or they were open on the weekends. All around, excellent service though.
