I broke my iPhone screen and these nice folks replaced it. Unfortunately it had a bulge in it from a connector that wasn’t fully put in. It caused ghost taps. I brought it back, they fixed it free of charge. Great service and they stand behind their work. Will always recommend them.

I hesitate to post a review within an hour of picking up my iPad, but I’m basing my five-star review on the speediness of the repair and courteousness of the staff. They replaced my iPad screen within a couple hours. Price was $139, which is a lot but much cheaper than a new iPad. I declined the warranty but paid an extra $19 for a tempered glass screen protector. So far so good, my iPad is performing flawlessly and you’d never know a repair was performed. My only concern was providing my iPad security code. There was no pressure to provide it but the gentleman I spoke to convinced me that A) it helps them ensure their repair was successful, and B) their staff is trustworthy. I’m kicking myself for breaking the screen of a practically-new Ipad so soon, but repair was a great alternative to replacing the device. They have customer service down pat, saying “Be with you soon” when they heard the door and acting like they genuinely wanted my business (increasingly rare these days, unfortunately). I wholeheartedly recommend them.
