We are a family with a severely autistic child who oftentimes breaks his iPad when he gets angry and the Gopher Care plan has saved us hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. We have never been treated poorly and the staff is consistently friendly and professional. They are a joy to work with.

It was a quick stop in and out! I didn't realize the worker, a M. Harting, would clean my phone and apply the screen protector I bought at that visit, so that was a nice surprise. Very pleasant and professional experience.

Excellent, efficient and expedient customer service! We thought our granddaughter's phone was damaged beyond repair, however after the phone was examined by an amazing person by the name of Emma, we were pleased to learn the phone could be repaired!
