I went to Gophermods because my iPhone XR charging port had grown increasingly unreliable and was getting to where I wasn't sure each time that I could get it to take and start charging. I walked in and said I need a repair, replacement, or cleaning. Owen took a look and determined that I could get by with a cleaning. He went ahead and started cleaning it. A couple of minutes later he came back, plugged it in and verified it now worked, and then handed it back to me. I asked how much and he said that cleaning was no charge. They easily could have told me it needed a replacement and charged a few hundred dollars. Thanks Gophermods and Owen for treating me more than fairly and for simply and quickly solving my problem!

I thought Gophermod's service was fantastic! The team at Gophermods knew that I was heading out of town and needed my computer so they rushed to get the part and get it fixed. We have been into Gophermods several times and have always been very pleased. I feel like it almost is a "mom and pop" place and I trust that I'm getting good service at an honest price. I also trust that if something is not worth fixing that you all will tell me that too. Really glad I found this repair shop!

Everyone we dealt with from scheduling to getting the phone fixed was so nice and helpful! The process was easy, and my screen that has been cracked for 3 yrs looks brand new! I will definitely recommend to all my family and friends thank you!!

We had such a great experience. Said was super helpful. He was able to fix our daughters iPad as we waited. Apple told us it would cost $250 or a complete replace and Said was able to fix it for us in less then a minute. Will use them for any of our tech problems.

Just took my phone to the Apple Valley location and Tanner had the repair done within an hour for an incredibly reasonable price! I would take my phones in for repair anywhere else!
