My phone got destroyed (crushed by cars) and they did a quick diagnostic, gave me a quote, and then showed me that for as much damage as had been done, it would actually be cheaper to go to Apple and do an out-of-warranty swap. I really appreciated how experienced and professional they were, but more than that I appreciated that they recommended a solution that benefited the customer even though it steered me to another store. I am definitely going back next time I have a problem.
