They fixed my phone after I dropped in water and particles got into the charging port. They did not charge me for their service even after I offered them.

Couldn’t have been easier or quicker. I stopped in to have an iPhone 8 Plus screen replaced simply for trade-in, expecting a bit of a hassle I suppose. Instead, we were greeted quickly and pleasantly, given a reasonable wait time (90 mins), and off we went. To my surprise, we were called about 45 mins later saying the phone was ready! When I came in to pick up the phone, Emma helped me and was incredibly polished and knowledgeable when walking me through the post-install process, and was delightful. We’ll definitely use Gophermods again.
