Had a deeply shattered screen; folks here got my phone in for service, ran a quick 8-point diagnostics test during check in, replaced the screen with ease and got it back to me within a couple hours. I thought I needed to replace the charge port on my phone. They were able to clean it out better than I could and it works perfectly again. Didn't charge me anything for it too!
