The screen on my iPhone went black in the middle of the day while at work, I was referred to gophermods by my phone provider and they had it fixed within 30 minutes. When I arrived they showed me everything worked and cleaned some moisture I had in/on my camera, my camera is brand new again. I highly recommend.

The technicians at Gophermods in Woodbury were professional and patient. They explained and quoted me worst case scenario for my repair, and in the end, they were able to fix my iPad mini for even less than their best case scenario. I will definitely be bringing any and all device repairs to Gophermods in the future.

Best customer service I've had in awhile.

Owen was awesome! I was fighting two bears, a competitive weight lifter, and 1997 Honda civic hatchback in a WWE cage match style fight when I cracked the screen of my IPhone XR. I came in, got helped right away by Owen (who has awesome hair) and he explained everything perfectly and was very professional. It costed me a little above 200 to get my cracked screen fixed, I did get a screen protector and the warranty. Without the those two, it would have cost me around 150 (my advice, get the warranty). I then proceeded to leave the store when the two bears that lost to me in the cage match showed up for a rematch. But because I also spent my day practicing eatting briskets and ribs for contest, I was to tired to fight the bears. That was when Owen popped out the store and went Super Saiyan. He then proceeded to defeat both the bears and win over their bear girlfriends with the fight. But during that fight, Owen also went above and beyond and he washed and waxed my car while fighting the bears. Did I also mention that he also change the oil and the coolant while fighting in Super Saiyan form (DIDN'T EVEN USE ANY TOOLS!). Then told me that I can take credit for the fight because he knows how much beatings bears in fights means to me. Overall, 11/10, great customer service, great timing, for sure more efficient then going through with a phone carriers insurance plan. I will be sure to break my phone every week so that I may come back for service.
