Quick, had what I needed to fix my phone. Great

We've brought in both phones and laptops. The service has been excellent and reasonably priced. I recently brought in a phone and Emma was able to fix the problem in less than 5 minutes at no charge.

Highly Recommended!! Excellent Customer Service and very professional. Really impressed! I thought I had damaged my phone after dropping. No visible damage but seemed to be completely dead. Took to first shop...didn't get good feeling. They said I needed new screen & battery for ~ $175 or buy new phone for $1200. Took to GopherMods...they did actual diagnostics and verified nothing wrong at all...battery just needed charging. Tech said they like checking things out thoroughly first before proceeding with anything more drastic. Total Cost: $0. (I did purchase phone case with just to not feel guilty for taking up their time with what ended up being a non-issue.)

I chipped my mobile device screen rendering it useless but the device still functioned. The Gophermods team was able to get my part ordered and make the repair in the span of a few days, very timely! They were very responsive and I really appreciated the follow up to see how my device was operating. The team even helped me work through in an unrelated issue that just happened to start occurring after the repair. If you are having electronics issues - this is the place to go.

Stopped into the Eagan location yesterday(3/23/2021), my samsung phone was giving me problems, turned out to be a google app issue. Technician looked at phone, told me about the Google problem and proceeded to make some updates and in 5 minutes issue was resolved. I offered to pay technician(Said) but he said no charge. This is the 3rd time I've used Gophermods and have had excellent results each visit. I will be back again in the future....
