Our 6yr old did a number on my iPad... Gophermods replaced the screen, was ready in a few days. Dropped off saturday done on Tuesday. In the store the guys behind the counter were friendly, courteous and professional. Once I picked it, they did a though check with me to make sure it worked and I was happy. The even followed up with an email to check if things were good. Hard to match that level of customer service these days. I’m sure I’ll be back even if I hope and pray I don’t...lol And all things co-vid... the store was clean, staff wore masks and there was a protective shield at the counter.

I had called earlier in the day to inquire about fixing a battery in an old iPhone. The technician explained that he could absolutely attempt a fix, but there was a core issue with that specific iPhone that would just prolong the inevitable. He spoke with me to understand what I would be using the phone for and recommended a very price attractive alternative that we could pick up that day. Did that, was perfect! He answered every question we had on the phone and installed a screen protector as well.

My wife’s Rose Gold IPhone fell into a shallow river...& yes, . near a van, with government cheese in it. So Mike H at the Eagan store did the tested and found It was Now a paper weight. She needed the phone the next day for work. He set us up with another Rose Gold iPhone. at a fast & reasonable price! The wife’s happy, I’m happy. Thanks Mike!

I went to get my wife’s phone fixed, but ending up replacing the phone. The service was exceptional. “Said” is the name of the technician. He was awesome. He got my wife’s phone set up fast, and me out the door with a working phone & warranty. I will definitely go back! Thank You

I took my iMac there for a hard drive repair. They were professional and did a great job!

A first class experience at the Eagan location. The tech was VERY knowledgeable, made necessary repairs on my iPhone, then at pickup time, hw walked me through all the phone functions to show me my iPhone was good as new. This is now my ‘Go To’ iPhone repair center!
